PPTA held a lecture entitled: “Physiotherapy in Slovania Republic"
On Monday, 11 April 2016, Palestinian Physiotherapy Association held a capacity building lecture entitled: “Physiotherapy in Slovania Republic" for (18) female and male internship year, from those physiotherapists who worked along Gaza governmental and Rehabilitation centers
The lecture was oriented by: (Dr. Mo'ab Al-Hanjouri, PPTA secretariat), and (Helmi Al-Masri-Slovania Nur organization Gaza representative), they ensured on high potential of interest of PT component in Gaza especially with closed borders and unemployment of Gaza condition which affects negatively on physiotherapy updates..
A physiotherapist(Safad Al-Masri) presented her experience of physiotherapy training in (Sotcha Rehabilitation institute)in Slovania Republic, and to what extent was the lecture is a positive opportunity to be in depth with outside world handling physiotherapy services
Lecture was activated by physiotherapists participation and their motivation to make it a success and involved updates with changing their thinking to better handled one which reflects good service for injured and disabilities,
This activity was held as one of strategic core components of PPTA to ensure with capacity building in Gazan community for physiotherapists.
